To achieve the national carbon-peak and carbon-neutral strategic development goals, it is necessary to build power systems dominated by renewable sustainable energy. The future system with a high proportion of energy required have large-scale, low-cost, flexible, adjustable resources. this end, article aggregates user-side distributed storage electric vehicles into virtual plant, considering uncertainty wind fluctuations vehicle charging discharging establish day-ahead intra-day peak regulation model for combined thermal plants. bounding algorithm seeks optimal strategy two-stage joint obtains strategy. simulation example shows that plant its can reduce cost system, as compared deep plants special supporting station. This work provides global perspective participate in formulation rules.
